These Terms of Service govern your access to potil.com and any purchase you make from POTIL LLC. By using the site you agree to them.

Use of the site

You may browse and shop for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to access it by automated means at scale, resell our products without written permission, or copy our photography, product copy or branding.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Prices and promotions may change at any time. Compare-at prices refer to our own previous or standard list price.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery times, fees and return conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy and Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Candle safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from children, pets, drafts and anything flammable, trim the wick to 5mm before each burn, and never burn for more than four hours at a time. You are responsible for following the safety instructions supplied with each product.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, POTIL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
