Shipping Policy

Every POTIL order is packed by hand in our Dover, Delaware studio. Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day are usually packed the same day; otherwise the next business day.

Options and rates

• Standard shipping — 5–7 business days, $6.99. Free on orders over $70.
• Express shipping — 2–3 business days, $13.99.
• International shipping — not currently available. We ship within the United States only.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

Packaging

Glass vessels are wrapped in recycled tissue and shipped in a double-walled kraft box. Everything in the box is recyclable.

Delays and damage

Carrier delays during peak periods and severe weather are outside our control. If a parcel arrives damaged, email a photo to contact@potil.shop within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we can reship it once you cover the return shipping cost.
